Shipping and delivery times will depend on where you are and what shipping provider you select at checkout.

Orders have an average range of 10-12 business days to deliver in Canada and the US.

*Shipments may be delayed during holidays due to high volumes.

International orders range on average between 15-21 business days. Delivery details will be provided at checkout and in your confirmation email.

Exemptions:

In the rare case of a manufacturing defect or if the item you received is not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
